About Me
Travel is full of moving parts, and I genuinely love bringing them together. For the past 20 years, I've built my career around solving travel challenges, managing the details others don't see, and making even the most complex itineraries feel effortless for my clients.
I specialize in corporate travel, conferences, incentive programs, executive travel, group travel, and multigenerational family vacations. Whether it's a last-minute schedule change, a multi-country itinerary, or moving hundreds of travelers around the world, I thrive under pressure and enjoy finding solutions. There isn't much in this industry I haven't seen, and that's exactly the experience my clients count on when it matters most.
Behind every itinerary is a real person, a family, or a team depending on me to get it right. I never lose sight of that. I care deeply about the people I work with and treat every trip as if it were my own. My goal is simple: remove the stress, anticipate the problems before they happen, and be there when they do.
I'm fortunate to work alongside an incredible team with more than 50 years of combined industry experience. Together, we combine knowledge, trusted relationships, and genuine teamwork to deliver the kind of service that's becoming increasingly rare. Many of my clients have trusted me with their travel since 2006, and I never take that loyalty for granted. Their referrals and continued support have been the foundation of everything I've built.
For me, travel management isn't just about flights and hotels. It's about being a trusted partner, an advocate, and the person you can count on when plans change or the unexpected happens. I love what I do, and I feel incredibly lucky that my passion has become my career.

We have had the pleasure of booking our vacations with Roxy Rae previously and continue to trust her with our vacation experience because of the great care and attention she takes to making sure every detail is covered. In short she has earned our trust. We discovered that Roxy Rae can also step up and deliver under adverse and time sensitive conditions! On our recent vacation we were advised by our Air carrier the morning of our flight that the first leg of our flight had been cancelled due to mechanical issues. We were provided another later flight however it was not the Business Class we had booked and the timing put us in jeopardy of missing our connecting flight.Â
After an anxious call to Roxy she was able to dive in and leverage her skills and experience to coordinate a great connecting flight and we kept the Business Class we had booked!Â
